LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY
At Monina Artisan Bakes, we take pride in personally delivering our alfajores to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Because we operate under Georgia’s Cottage Food regulations, we follow specific guidelines for local distribution.
1. Service Area & Delivery Days
We currently offer personal delivery to the following areas:
Pooler: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Savannah (Downtown, Midtown, & SCAD Campus): Saturdays
Please note: Delivery times are estimated windows. We will text you 15 minutes before arrival.
2. Delivery Fees
Pooler: Free delivery for orders over $70; otherwise, a flat $8 delivery fee applies.
Savannah / SCAD: Free delivery for orders over $70; otherwise, a flat $8 delivery fee applies.
Special Events: Custom delivery quotes are available for large orders.
3. Local Pickup (Free)
You can avoid the delivery fee by selecting Local Pickup at checkout.
Pickup Location:
18 Palladian Way, Pooler, GA 31322
Pickup Hours:
Pickup is by appointment only. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to schedule your pickup time.
Forsyth Park Pickup:
You may also pre-order and pick up your alfajores at our booth near Forsyth Park on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
4. In-State Shipping (Georgia Only)
Under the 2025 Georgia HB 398 update, we are permitted to ship our products by mail only within the State of Georgia. However, this service is not available at this time.
5. Hand-Off & Storage
Weather Alert: Savannah can get very hot. Our alfajores contain dulce de leche and butter-based cookies, so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for products left outside in the heat or humidity.
Identification / SCAD Deliveries:
For SCAD student housing deliveries, please meet us at the designated safe drop-off or lobby area of your building.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
What are my delivery and pickup options?
Local Delivery:
Free within a 2-mile radius of Savannah Quarters.
Outside this radius, a flat $8 delivery fee applies.
Pickup at Savannah Quarters:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday Pickup at Forsyth Park:
Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Kroger near Forsyth Park.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because our products are handcrafted and made to order to ensure freshness, we do not accept changes, cancellations, or returns once an order has been confirmed. Each alfajor is prepared especially for you, so please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
